This role leads daily operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence and team alignment with Atrium’s Core Values. It drives revenue through creative promotions, upselling strategies, and collaboration with Culinary and Event Sales teams. The role also oversees banquet execution and supports client satisfaction through effective communication and agile event coordination. Additionally, it involves coaching and developing associates across the department, building a strong service-focused culture, and maintaining financial responsibility by adhering to forecasts, managing labor, and monitoring departmental costs. Ensuring full compliance with health codes, licensing laws, and Atrium standards is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of F&B experience with prior leadership exposure
  • Strong understanding of guest service standards and F&B trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
  • ServSafe and TIPS certification
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Hospitality degree or experience preferred
