Additionally, it involves coaching and developing associates across the department, building a strong service-focused culture, and maintaining financial responsibility by adhering to forecasts, managing labor, and monitoring departmental costs. Ensuring full compliance with health codes, licensing laws, and Atrium standards is also a key responsibility.
