About The Position

Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced, energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operational efforts and strategies across food and beverage outlets. The supervisor leads associates across restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation operations; supports food service throughout the hotel; and helps ensure consistent food quality, service, and sanitation standards. The role includes associate training and guidance, operational problem-solving, communication between management and staff, and participation in meetings and inventory activities.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants.
Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets.
Supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation associates.
Train associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards.
Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
Maintain open communication between management and staff and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food and beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
Ensure food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes.
Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
