About The Position

The Restaurant Supervisor at Magnolia Houston Hotel provides leadership and guidance to the designated Food and Beverage Outlet team. Responsibilities

• Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist the manager with leading and supervising the outlet team.
• Ensure supplies are properly stocked and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
• Assist with coordinating inventory control.
• Use labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
• Assist the manager with new-hire and termination paperwork.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the agenda.
• Report needed repairs immediately to Maintenance using the correct procedures.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping and compliance with resort policies.
• Complete daily reports and manager log book entries.
• Perform restaurant staff duties as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.
