We provide a full accompaniment of services, including concessions and premium dining services in a variety of innovative club areas, loge boxes, and suites.

Requirements

One year related experience within fine dining or as a bartender
Superior organization and guest service abilities
Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the Bar and Dining Room area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
Assist managers in training and development of Bartenders and restaurant staff
Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area
