Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Bussers to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Busser, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs in the dining room. Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours, as needed
- At least one year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
- No high school diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Check in with management for daily assignments and attend the pre-shift briefing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart
- Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan or instructions from management
- Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
