About The Position

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will ensure guests receive excellent service and team members uphold Levy's hospitality standards. Levy operates in the food, beverage, and retail industry at entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues. The role supports the operation's financial goals alongside the Assistant Director of Operations and helps maintain an effective, cooperative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relationships, including obtaining regular feedback through table visits.
• Convey brand clarity through knowledge of the menu, wine, and beverages.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and business requirements, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements.
• Engage in the operation's financial goals with support from the Assistant Director of Operations.
• Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
• Complete required daily reporting in a timely manner.
• Execute inventory controls.
• Ensure team members adhere to Levy guidelines in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Execute menu requirements and fulfill guest-specific service requests.
• Hold the team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service.
• Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs.
• Promote a cooperative work climate to maximize productivity and morale.
• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to keep communication open between management and team members.
• Display a positive attitude toward team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
