About The Position

Gellert Hospitality Group, a Five Guys franchisee, is seeking exceptional talent for a Restaurant Shift Manager position in Portsmouth. This role involves working closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment, rich with teamwork and positivity. Previous food handling experience is not required. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. New hires can earn up to $24.00 per hour, including a base rate of $19.00, an average of $3.80 in tips, and an average of $1.20 in bonuses.
