About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in both the restaurant and bar environments. This dual-role position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences. The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing attentive table service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. This role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to multitask seamlessly between bar and floor service, and a commitment to upholding high service standards. Schedule: Part-time; must be available for AM/PM shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as both a restaurant server and a bartender is required
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in indoor/outdoor conditions as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full-service dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, wine, and beer selections.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining, and service areas
  • Accurately process guest payments following established procedures
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
  • Support team members by assisting with drink preparation and service needs
  • Restock bar and service areas, ensuring all items are properly stored and readily available
  • Promote specials, events, and upsell menu offerings
  • Address guest needs promptly and professionally to enhance the overall experience
  • Report maintenance or operational concerns to management
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
  • Ensure all cash handling and end-of-shift procedures are completed accurately
