About The Position

As a Restaurant Bartender/ Server you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This role requires a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to the restaurant’s reputation for outstanding service and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
