We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A Townridge Square. Requirements

2+ years of Leadership experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop others
Proven track record of developing others
Proactive problem-solver who embraces change, takes ownership, and is willing to challenge existing processes
Open availability, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values

Responsibilities

Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant
Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations
Leading and developing restaurant leaders, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Preparing the restaurant for its upcoming reinvestment and anticipated growth through proactive leadership, developing others, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
