Chick-fil-A Citygate is opening a brand new restaurant with state-of-the-art equipment. Chick-fil-A is the fastest-growing Quick Service Restaurant in the nation and has maintained the highest customer satisfaction scores for 10 consecutive years. This is a hands-on management opportunity designed to provide a career in a highly-esteemed restaurant chain. This leadership role offers autonomy, allowing you to take ownership in generating results and impacting the lives of both your team and guests. You will work alongside a successful Franchisee with support from a leading brand. The role involves delivering operational excellence, leading inside restaurant operations, building high-performance teams, and managing a team of 40+ by creating an inspiring vision and holding them accountable to high standards. You will also focus on increasing profitability through cost reduction, productivity increases, and sales promotion, while maintaining a safe work environment for food and team safety. Collaboration with other department leaders through weekly meetings and setting high-level goals is also key.

2+ years of previous restaurant experience (required)

Delivering operational excellence & leading inside restaurant operations
