With two Chick-fil-A locations serving the community, this role is responsible for leading the daily operations of one high-volume restaurant while helping develop leaders and maintain strong alignment across both locations. We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Director to lead the daily operations of one of our Chick-fil-A restaurants. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who wants to lead a high-performing team while gaining experience operating a multi-million dollar business. You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and executive leadership team to drive results, develop leaders, and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

Experience leading 30–50+ team members
Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and developing people

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-million dollar restaurant
Build and develop leaders responsible for 50+ team members
Create systems that drive operational excellence, food safety, and guest experience
Hold leaders accountable to high-performance standards and strong culture
Improve profitability through strong operational execution and efficiency
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
Collaborate with leadership across both restaurant locations to maintain culture and operational alignment
