About The Position

The Restaurant Operating Partner (ROP) leads a restaurant and coaches and develops team members so they, the team, and the store can succeed. The role has operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant, including financial performance, labor, and hospitality. The ROP hires, trains, and develops team members and managers who share Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality’s culture and commitment to great food, exceptional hospitality, cleanliness, and safety. The ROP sets the tone for the restaurant, supporting business success and creating a workplace where team members have fun and people want to work. Success is measured through key performance indicators such as sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety and cleanliness, food costs, and labor costs.

Requirements

Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
Hospitality focus and strong communication skills.
Ability to build a team and mentor team members to support their success.
Ability to work a variety of hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
