This role is designed for a proven hospitality leader who wants real ownership-level responsibility and decision-making authority, paired with the support, tools, and infrastructure of an established restaurant group. The Operating Manager operates with the mindset of an owner, driving the business forward through people leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance. You will have meaningful autonomy to shape the operation, build and lead your team, and grow the business—while being fully supported by centralized HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales/Private Dining, and Operations teams. This role includes a unique, performance-based bonus program with the potential to earn up to 50% of base salary, directly tied to the success of the business you operate.
