About The Position

Fifth Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a respected, chef-driven, full-service restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is a visible, hands-on leadership position supporting daily operations, developing the front-of-house team, and maintaining high standards for service and hospitality. The restaurant is known for thoughtful cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to an exceptional guest experience. The manager will lead front-of-house service and work closely with the culinary team to support communication between the front and back of house. Responsibilities also include team development, operational standards, labor and inventory management, cost controls, guest concerns, beverage service, private dining, and special events. The base salary is $65,000–$75,000, based on experience. The opportunity offers room for professional growth.

Requirements

Management experience in a full-service, chef-driven restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people.
Experience managing high-volume or elevated dining operations.
Solid understanding of labor, inventory, and restaurant financials.
Calm, confident leadership during busy services.
A hands-on management style and willingness to be present on the floor.

Responsibilities

Lead and support front-of-house operations during service.
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
Create a welcoming, polished, and memorable guest experience.
Maintain consistent service and operational standards.
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure strong communication between the front and back of house.
Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls.
Handle guest concerns professionally and thoughtfully.
Support beverage, private dining, and special-event operations.
Help build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
