About The Position

The Restaurant Manager oversees front- and back-of-house operations at a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Requirements

• Have 2–5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Be able to work 50 hours per week in five 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Lead with care and ensure employees and guests feel valued.
• Manage the full restaurant experience, including kitchen flow and front-of-house service.
• Balance operational focus with people-first leadership.
• Remain composed under pressure and encourage the team during busy shifts.
