About The Position

The Restaurant Manager leads department-level restaurant operations and models leadership grounded in Darden Core Values. Success is measured by consistently delivering balanced results through established systems, methods, and procedures for all stakeholders, supporting sustained sales and profit growth through personal, people, business, and results leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service.
• Proven ability to develop a team.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to strong execution.
