About The Position

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you combine people leadership and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. The role includes executing all store operations across front- and back-of-house responsibilities. Home office support is available 24/7. Requirements

At least 2 years of successful restaurant management experience.
Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week across five 10-hour shifts.
Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
A caring attitude and dedication to hospitality.
Valid driver’s license.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead employees and support guest and employee experiences through caring hospitality.
