Residential Restaurants are the social hub of our communities, and require a charismatic and energetic leader, with a service-first mentality, a keen eye for detail, and a firm understanding of F&B financials. This role involves actively participating as a working member of the Food & Beverage team, contributing to both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas, while maintaining a high level of service and promptly addressing resident needs and concerns to create a welcoming dining environment.
