About The Position
As a Cheddar's Manager, you inspire and coach your team, set high standards, and foster a respectful, people-focused environment where team members and guests feel special. You are responsible for delivering strong results across sales growth, service, profitability, food quality, training and development, safety and sanitation, and facilities management. You manage a fast-paced, safe, and successful working environment while helping create a welcoming guest experience centered on scratch-made food at affordable prices.
