We are seeking an energetic and inspiring Restaurant Manager for an exciting young concept in the industry. In the past 10 years, we have made a significant mark on the Restaurant Industry, becoming a popular gathering place with a diverse, from-scratch menu and an impressive selection of beer and spirits. Due to our success, we are rapidly growing across the country and need talented leadership to cultivate and motivate our teams and ensure our guests have a great time. We are looking for a leader to help us maintain our award-winning reputation at our Rogers location.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Full Service concept.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
Proficiency with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.).

Responsibilities

Motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to our guests.
Upholding top-notch standards in food and beverage quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
Preparing monthly reports for the corporate office.
Following financial procedures, including P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and all other financial transactions.
Coaching and mentoring the team to achieve set goals.
