This successful 11 store take out Pizza Franchisee are seeking Restaurant Managers that are looking for real growth opportunities, which they offer for high performers. They have consistently opened 1-2 new stores annually since their inception. Besides growth, they offer an attractive bonus structure, benefits, and a 401k + company match.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Management experience with any QSR, Fast Casual, or Full Service Restaurant company or group.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
- Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
