Chili's Restaurant Managers lead teams and restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, teamwork, Guest satisfaction, and business results. They connect with Team Members and Guests, create a fun and high-energy environment, uphold operational and quality standards, and help ensure the restaurant meets its financial responsibilities. Managers also hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members, support engagement with the local community, and represent Chili's culture and Cultural Beliefs.

Ensure a great Guest experience.
Model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards.
Identify root causes of issues, practice self-reflection, and take accountability with vulnerability and transparency.
Foster open communication between Team Members and Management.
Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives.
Lead with heart and mind.
Drive business results by using Chili's systems to control costs effectively.
Follow operational systems, including the Manager Timeline, and perform quality Line Checks.
Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles.
Drive Guest engagement within the restaurant and develop relationships in the community.
Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
Communicate and embody Chili's culture and Cultural Beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, and Play Restaurant.
