The Manager trains and assists in the operations of Sorelle, overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, colleague retention, guest service & satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. This role requires acting with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, and mission of Sorelle, ensuring all guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service. The manager is expected to perform all aspects of the position with efficiency, respect, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative, while understanding and adhering to Sorelle's philosophies and policies. The position involves representing the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation, and relationships with business partners, and collaborating with the management team to foster a respectful work environment and opportunities for team growth. The manager will ensure service standards meet outside accreditation sources and maintain consistent food preparation and serving standards.
