Requirements

Responsibilities
- Overseeing all of the restaurant’s operations, which includes, but is not limited to, hiring & onboarding, performance management, training and development of Team members, planning, purchasing food and inventory management, supplies & equipment, and interacting with suppliers and vendors, P&L management, and LMS.
- Using excellent professional judgment in carrying out duties.
- Being adept at delivering high level hospitality and culinary practices.
