Restaurant - General Manager (For Future Opening)
About The Position
We are looking to connect with experienced Restaurant General Managers for a future position when we have an open job in the greater San Diego market, as we continue to grow. The General Manager position is responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant’s operations, which includes, but is not limited to, hiring & onboarding, performance management, training and development of Team members, planning, purchasing food and inventory management, supplies & equipment, and interacting with suppliers and vendors, P&L management, and LMS. The General Manager must use excellent professional judgment in carrying out duties and be adept at delivering high level hospitality and culinary practices.
