About The Position

We at Ruth's Chris Steak House, located within Hotel Park City, in Park City, UT are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager or supervisor who is good at problem solving and "thinking on your feet." This role directly assists in the day-to-day operations of Ruth's Chris Steak House and is accountable for the supervision and management of the bar operations, host, servers, and front of the house staff. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest quality of beverage and service standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.

Requirements

• 2-3 years leadership in preferably fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain or corporate environment.
• Must have current T.I.P.S. certificate and Food Handlers permit.
