About The Position

Papa Razzi Wellesley is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering a quality guest experience, leading and developing employees and managers, and maintaining effective restaurant operations. The restaurant serves Italian scratch cooking in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and is part of Newport Restaurant Group, a 100% employee-owned company.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishment.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move 25–50 pounds.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to creating an equitable workplace and maintaining respectful working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of daily restaurant operations to ensure a quality guest experience.
• Hire, train, and develop employees and managers.
• Provide hands-on training and development for service positions, including guest service, etiquette, and food and beverage knowledge.
• Oversee and approve weekly schedules.
• Reconcile accounts, handle invoicing, and manage inventory.
