About The Position
Southern Classic Chicken is expanding and seeking exceptional leaders for management roles in our new Baton Rouge restaurant opening in late 2026. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about developing others, building strong teams, and creating outstanding guest experiences. We are looking for leaders who embody our core values: Courage, Heart, Integrity, Grit, and Family. The program includes comprehensive leadership development through hands-on training in our Baton Rouge and Shreveport locations prior to the new restaurant's opening. This training will equip participants to lead teams, ensure excellent guest service, manage operations, develop future leaders, and foster a positive team culture. Applicants must be willing to train in both Baton Rouge and Shreveport. We value leaders who live our values, take ownership, coach and develop others, perform well in fast-paced settings, maintain accountability, and seek growth within a company that invests in its employees. While restaurant management experience is preferred for senior roles, leadership potential, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn are crucial for all management opportunities.
