The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as an Operations leader. As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the OLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position. The OLDP is a two-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 – July 2029. Participants will complete four, six-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Assignments will include the following core rotations in addition to other elective opportunities in Supply Chain, Distribution/Logistics, Procurement, and Quality: Core Technical: Manufacturing Engineering, PPI Specialist, Process Engineer, Value Engineering, Automation/Robotics. Core People Management: Distribution Team Lead, Production Team Lead, Quality Team Lead.
