About The Position
Southern Classic Chicken is expanding and seeking exceptional leaders for management roles in its new Baton Rouge restaurant, opening in late 2026. This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about developing others, building strong teams, and creating positive experiences for both guests and employees. Opportunities range from General Manager to Management Trainee, offering a chance to be involved in establishing a new restaurant from its foundation. Management trainees will undergo a comprehensive leadership development program in Baton Rouge and Shreveport training restaurants before the new location opens.
