About The Position

Restaurant Maintenance plays an integral part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and provides a clean, safe environment for guests and employees. Duties cover restrooms, dining areas, the kitchen where applicable, and the exterior of the restaurant. The role also performs other duties as requested by the Coach.

Requirements

Ability to read and write in English.
Good communication skills; friendly and people-oriented.
Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
Basic math skills.
Stand for 100% of the shift.
Lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds during the shift.
Frequent bending and stooping.
Frequently immerse hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.

Responsibilities

Mop restroom floors and clean the mop head after each use.
Dust and clean restroom fixtures and ceiling vents; clean stall doors.
Clean and line trash cans.
Disinfect changing tables and restock liners.
Clean toilet bowls and urinals.
Restock paper towel and toilet paper dispensers.
Scrub restroom baseboards or cove tiles.
Clean stainless steel and polish mirrors and chrome.
Move tables and booths to sweep and deck-brush dining room floors, using proper procedures for chemicals.
Clean under beverage stations.
Clean behind the bar and wash bar mats.
High-dust and wipe woodwork and clean vents.
Dust and clean reachable windows and blinds.
Where applicable, sweep, deck-brush, and mop kitchen floors, including under equipment and shelves.
Scrub kitchen FRP and walls; clean ceiling tiles and vents.
Deck-brush the patio and entryways.
Power-wash the dumpster pad.
Pick up trash and cigarette butts and scrape gum.
Pull weeds in landscaping.
Maintain sidewalks and parking lot by addressing ice and snow as needed.
Perform other duties as requested by the Coach.
