About The Position

Restaurant Maintenance plays an integral role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly by providing a clean, safe environment for Fans and Players. The position maintains restrooms, dining areas, kitchens where applicable, and exterior spaces, and performs other duties as requested by the Coach.

The role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and frequent bending and stooping. Work is performed indoors 75% of the time and outdoors 25% of the time, often in hot and damp environments. The employee frequently immerses their hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication skills; friendly and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for 100% of the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds during the shift.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Ability to work in hot and damp environments and frequently immerse hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mop restroom floors and clean the mop head after each use.
• Dust and clean restroom fixtures and ceiling vents, and clean stall doors.
• Clean and line trash cans.
• Disinfect changing tables and restock liners.
• Clean toilet bowls and urinals.
• Restock paper towel and toilet paper dispensers.
• Scrub restroom baseboards or cove tiles.
• Clean stainless steel and polish mirrors and chrome.
• Move dining room tables and booths; sweep and deck-brush floors, using proper procedures for chemicals.
• Clean under beverage stations.
• Clean behind the bar and wash bar mats.
• High-dust and wipe woodwork, and clean vents.
• Dust and clean reachable windows and blinds with Windex.
• When applicable, sweep, deck-brush, and mop kitchen floors under equipment and shelves.
• Scrub kitchen FRP and walls, and clean ceiling tiles and vents.
• Deck-brush the patio and entryways.
• Power-wash the dumpster pad.
• Pick up trash and cigarette butts, and scrape gum.
• Pull weeds in landscaping.
• Maintain sidewalks and parking lot by addressing ice and snow as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Coach.
