We are seeking enthusiastic and growth-minded leaders to join our Restaurant Leadership team at Chick-fil-A. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for individuals who desire to grow in leadership while working alongside a high-performing team in one of the most respected restaurant brands in the nation. This role is intentionally flexible based on experience and leadership capacity. Opportunities may include Team Leadership, Shift Leadership, Hospitality Leadership, Operations Leadership, and Director-level development pathways. One thing that makes this organization unique is that all leaders begin operationally alongside the team in order to build trust, learn the business, and set themselves up for long-term success. Leaders are expected to work hands-on in the restaurant daily while coaching, developing, and serving others through example.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree completed, in progress, or relevant comparable Leadership experience
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to lead hands-on in operations
  • High level of professionalism, humility, and emotional maturity

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational excellence while working in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively operate a multi-million dollar business
  • Build high-performance teams by identifying, coaching, and developing future leaders
  • Lead and influence teams through servant leadership, accountability, and encouragement
  • Help create an inspiring culture focused on hospitality, operational excellence, and personal growth
  • Increase profitability by implementing procedures that reduce costs, improve productivity, and promote sales growth
  • Provide exceptional guest service through every interaction and touchpoint
  • Maintain a work environment that promotes food safety, team safety, and operational consistency
