About The Position

Chick-fil-A is seeking enthusiastic and growth-minded leaders to join their Restaurant Leadership team. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for individuals who desire to grow in leadership while working alongside a high-performing team in one of the most respected restaurant brands in the nation. This role is intentionally flexible based on experience and leadership capacity, with opportunities that may include Team Leadership, Shift Leadership, Hospitality Leadership, Operations Leadership, and Director-level development pathways. All leaders begin operationally alongside the team to build trust, learn the business, and set themselves up for long-term success. Leaders are expected to work hands-on in the restaurant daily while coaching, developing, and serving others through example.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree completed, in progress, or relevant comparable Leadership experience
  • Passion for leading and developing people
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to lead hands-on in operations
  • High level of professionalism, humility, and emotional maturity
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and servant leadership culture

  • Deliver operational excellence while working in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively operate a multi-million dollar business

  • Help create an inspiring culture focused on hospitality, operational excellence, and personal growth
