About The Position

Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro Town Centre and Memorial Blvd. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Leadership Development Program: Business Ownership Path. This program is specifically designed for future business leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals interested in pursuing long-term leadership opportunities within Chick-fil-A. Participants will gain hands-on operational leadership experience while progressing through a structured development roadmap designed to prepare them for high-level leadership responsibilities. This is not a traditional restaurant management role. It is a fast-paced leadership development experience focused on operational excellence, leadership growth, business acumen, and personal development. We are looking for individuals who are hungry to grow, passionate about serving others, and excited about the opportunity to lead people and businesses at a high level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 5 Years of Restaurant Experience (Required)
  • Open Availability (Required)
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset and Desire for Ownership-Level Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Learn every aspect of restaurant operations from the ground up
  • Lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Progress through structured leadership milestones from Team Member to Director-level leadership
  • Help create and sustain a strong culture centered around operational excellence and servant leadership
  • Develop business acumen through exposure to systems, operations, staffing, food safety, financials, and leadership development
  • Participate in leadership coaching, development meetings, and growth curriculum
  • Support community engagement initiatives and local partnerships
  • Create meaningful experiences for guests and team members alike
  • Take ownership of operational areas and contribute measurable results to the business
