About The Position
At Chick-fil-A Rocky River, we believe great leaders aren't simply hired...they're developed. Owner/Operator Dominic Harper is passionate about mentoring and investing in people both professionally and personally. As a member of our Leadership Development Program, you'll receive hands-on coaching from Dominic and the restaurant's senior leadership team while learning every aspect of restaurant operations. This full-time leadership development opportunity is designed for individuals who are eager to grow into high-impact leaders. Rather than stepping immediately into a management position, you'll spend time learning every aspect of restaurant operations while developing the leadership skills needed to influence teams, serve guests with excellence, and drive business results. You'll receive intentional coaching, real responsibility, and ongoing development as you progress through a structured leadership path. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in hospitality, business leadership, or pursue future opportunities within Chick-fil-A.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- Demonstrates strong character and integrity
- Has leadership experience through work, school, athletics, ministry, military, or volunteer organizations
- Is coachable, humble, and eager to learn
- Enjoys serving and developing others
- Has open availability

Responsibilities
- Learn every aspect of Front of House and Back of House operations
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create remarkable guest experiences
- Build strong relationships with team members while leading by example

- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
