Graduates of the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program bring rare operational experience, cultural alignment, and a deep understanding of what it takes to steward a restaurant well. As the selection process for your permanent Owner/Operator role unfolds, we are connecting LDP graduates with Operators who would benefit from an experienced, high-trust leader for a season. Your Impact: Continue contributing meaningfully to a restaurant business, Strengthen your story as a future Owner/Operator, Gain mentorship from another experienced Operator, Impact guests, teams, and results while awaiting selection. These roles are temporary leadership placements designed to benefit both the candidate and the Operator.
Requirements
- Scheduled completion of the Leadership Development Program
- A desire to continue growing and investing in Chick-fil-A while pursuing Operator selection
- Flexibility to temporarily serve another restaurant’s business
- A heart for developing people and stewarding the Chick-fil-A brand
