About The Position

The Restaurant Leader Trainee role is for someone who enjoys working as part of a restaurant management team and has previous supervisory experience. The trainee receives training and develops knowledge of the business with the goal of leading restaurant operations and providing excellent customer service. 7-Eleven emphasizes employee development and promotion from within, with advancement opportunities at all levels.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to oversee restaurant employees and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ability to focus on employee retention, identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
• Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge; Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
