Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager in the Aurora area. The ideal Restaurant Kitchen Manager is a culinary-focused leader who drives innovation, improves operational efficiency and profitability, develops and implements new menu concepts, and ensures consistent food quality through effective training and execution. Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of current salaried Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience at a Full Service concept
High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million per year in sales
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative menu concepts and recipes that drive sales, efficiency, market share, and profitability
Lead the rollout of new and revised menu items while ensuring consistent execution and high food quality
Analyze food costs and product formulations to improve cost-effectiveness and overall operational performance
Partner with Training and Operations to train restaurant teams and ensure consistent communication of current product, recipe, and equipment procedures
