About The Position

The Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is seeking an enthusiastic Greeter/Cashier to join their team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering inquiries, handling cash transactions, maintaining a clean work area, collaborating with other departments, resolving guest issues, and upholding brand standards.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills

Read, write and speak English fluently

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
