The Restaurant Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming restaurant patrons by greeting and seating guests, maintaining a professional appearance, and utilizing the Dine Time application for table management. This role also involves taking to-go orders, handling cash, and providing information to customers. The Host/Hostess will follow Commerce Casino/Crowne Plaza standards for greeting, seating, and service, possess menu knowledge, and assist Food Servers with various tasks. Additionally, they will take reservations, promote marketing programs, and perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager. The duties are not exhaustive and may include temporary assignments outside the normal scope of work.
