About The Position

We are looking for a highly interactive Restaurant General Manager for our Lincoln, NE restaurant. This position needs to be filled quickly. We're quickly changing the old notions of full-service dining. Guests create their own meal and watch it cook right in front of them! Guests come to our restaurant time and time again and enjoy a different, unique dish every time. Making lunch or dinner isn’t just a meal, but an experience truly your own. Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) full service or fast casual concept
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community is a vital part of the Restaurant General Manager role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
