Requirements
- Act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times
- Live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must
- High volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
Responsibilities
- Meet customer service guidelines and direct the operation of the restaurant
- Attain sales and profit objectives
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation by assisting in directing and supervising management and hourly employees
- Prepare all necessary operational reports and develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends
- Develop and implement a marketing plan
