About The Position

KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In and part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a restaurant team, drive business results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role is responsible for restaurant profitability, staffing, employee development, inventory, operational excellence, and maintaining a clean restaurant with quality products and friendly service. Compensation is an opportunity to earn $65,000–$80,000+ annually through a performance-based incentive program, paid weekly; higher earnings may be achievable, and compensation is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Be physically able to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, maneuver safely through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory and labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to support restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests receive a friendly experience and quality products.
