About The Position

KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In and part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive strategic initiatives, and influence restaurant success. The role focuses on profitability, operational excellence, team development, and guest experience. The General Manager maintains a clean restaurant and ensures guests receive friendly service and a quality product.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Quick service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory and labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to support restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests enjoy a friendly experience with a quality product.
