About The Position

KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In and part of KBP Brands, is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and influence the restaurant’s success. The role focuses on driving profitability, developing employees, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering a friendly guest experience with quality products. The General Manager will recruit and hire team members and managers, manage restaurant financial and operational processes, and maintain a clean restaurant. The role requires availability to close at least two nights a week and the physical ability to perform restaurant duties throughout entire shifts.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to support restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests receive a friendly experience and a quality product.
