About The Position

The Restaurant General Manager leads a high-performing team and drives restaurant performance and guest satisfaction at a Sonic Drive-In operated by KBP Drive-In. The role manages key operations, including profitability, cash control and security, inventory, labor, financial reporting, recruiting, employee development, cleanliness, and guest experience. The position includes eligibility for a quarterly restaurant performance bonus and access to company development opportunities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory and labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests receive a friendly experience and a quality product.
