About The Position

KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In and part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a restaurant team, drive business results, and deliver positive guest experiences. The role is responsible for restaurant profitability, staffing, employee development, inventory, operations, and maintaining a clean restaurant and quality guest experience.

The manager will be eligible for a restaurant incentive paid weekly and can pursue leadership development and above-store roles through the company’s internal development program. The position requires at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility, and availability to close at least two nights a week.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• At least 18 years old.
• Available to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, maneuver safely through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to support restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests receive a friendly experience and a quality product.
