About The Position

Wingstop is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in a fast-paced environment. The role involves hands-on leadership, managing and developing a team, maintaining high-quality standards, and focusing on guest experience. The position offers a five-day workweek of 50–55 hours per week and a flexible schedule. Restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and there is no drive-through or curbside service.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong ability to manage and develop team members.
• Excellent operational and financial management skills, including profit and loss and budgeting.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and driving sales growth.
• Ability to create a positive and efficient work culture.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, drug testing, and soft credit check.
